WebDevops.Let's talk

From ideato production.

Web apps, CRM systems and Telegram Mini Apps — designed, built and kept running by one engineer. You get a product that works, not a repository.

What I do

Web apps, CRM systems, Telegram Mini Apps, payments, APIs — designed, built and shipped to production by one engineer.

01Fintech · Payment Platform

Fintech Backoffice System

Backoffice · Payment Core · Integrations · Infrastructure

Back office for a payment platform processing 100+ transactions per second — invoices, payments, partners, wallets and terminals. Alongside the backoffice I work inside the processing core itself: FastAPI services and third-party integrations.

02SaaS · AI Cold Outreach

Corpoo

Full Stack · .NET Backend · AI Pipeline · DevOps

B2B cold e-mail platform where an AI worker runs the conversation. Campaigns go out from virtual workers with their own persona, mailbox, quota and working hours; when a lead replies, the AI classifies intent, scores confidence and answers from the tenant's knowledge pack — above the threshold it sends, below it drafts or escalates, so a human is in the loop everywhere the AI is unsure.

03Telegram Mini App + Web · Game

Etena

Full Stack · Backend · DevOps

A tap game with its own universe — clans, characters, equipment and an in-game economy. A landing page and a Telegram Mini App run on one shared backend, monetised with Telegram Stars and a TON wallet.

04Desktop App · Algo Trading

PrimeX Algo

Full Stack · Python · Desktop

Desktop trading bot written in Python: it reads the Prime Algo X indicator signals from TradingView, executes the trades on the exchange, keeps a trade journal and builds PnL reports. It runs on the user's own machine (Windows / macOS), packaged into a single executable with PyInstaller and shipped with an installer.

How we work

From the first call
to a running product.

No black boxes. Every stage ends with something you can see, read or click — and nothing moves forward until you have signed it off.

Conversation01

we talk about the goal, not the features

you get · a clear picture of what the product must do and why

Plan02

scope · milestones · budget

you get · a roadmap with honest estimates and a fixed first milestone

Specification03

user flows · data · integrations

you get · a written spec we both sign off — no surprises later

Design04

wireframes → UI

you get · clickable screens you approve before a line of code

Development05

weekly demos · staging access

you get · working features you can try every week, not a black box

Launch06

CI/CD · Docker · Kubernetes

you get · a zero-downtime release on infrastructure I set up and own

Support07

monitoring · iterations

you get · the product keeps running, grows, and stays watched

Behind the work

The people who ship it.

WebDevops is a two-person studio. One end-to-end engineer for architecture, backend and infrastructure — and a dedicated frontend partner for the interfaces and motion that show.

Focus

Payments & fintech

Payment cores, provider integrations, backoffice and the reconciliation nobody sees. Built a platform holding 100+ transactions per second.

Telegram Mini Apps

Mini Apps with real money behind them: on-chain settlement, TON staking, crypto OTC, Telegram Stars — plus the bots and workers around them.

SaaS, CRM & AI pipelines

Multi-tenant products with guardrails: intent classification, confidence thresholds, human-in-the-loop and a CRM that stays in sync.

Infrastructure & production

Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, queues, monitoring. The deploy and the on-call after it are part of the job.

I also work with

For bigger commercial products I ship together with Anri, a frontend engineer who covers the interface end of things.

Frontend since

2022

Bio

Started as a frontend developer in 2022 and grew into a role where the interface, the animation and the deploy all sit on the same table. Works across the whole range — from complex product UIs and dashboards to landing pages and mini-apps — with the same eye for state, motion and the details users only feel when they are right.

Comfortable enough on the ops side to take a project from build to production without an external DevOps: Docker, Nginx, VPS setup and the deploy after.

Personal frontend work

Mintgram

Telegram Mini App · NFT

A Telegram Mini App for NFT grinders. Players mint unique collectibles, upgrade them from level 1 to level 10, farm the in-game currency to speed up progression, and trade with other holders. A tier-10 piece is validated on-chain and listed on the official TON NFT marketplace — the grind ends in real, tradable value.

TG Mochi Admin

Web dashboard · Game ops

The internal control room behind TG Mochi. Operators configure loot boxes and drop rates, manage the pet collection, review user activity and invite chains, and tune the referral rewards that drive growth — everything the live game needs, in one panel.

ReactTypeScriptReduxTailwindTanStack Query

Governors

Telegram Mini App · Real-time

A real-time, location-based Telegram Mini App. Players walk to shared map points streamed over sockets — or generate their own — to earn achievements and unlock buildings that pay out hourly. Telegram Stars buy Gold, Silver and Bronze tiers with bigger daily limits. Works IRL and at the desk alike.

ReactTypeScriptViteWebSocketTailwindMini AppsTelegram Stars

Mushroom

Telegram Mini App · Idle clicker

An idle-clicker Mini App with real payouts. Tap to earn, unlock rarer mushrooms with stronger yields, complete missions and grow a referral network. Anything grown can be traded or cashed out for TON — the reason to keep tapping is a balance, not a leaderboard rank.

ReactTypeScriptViteSCSSMini AppsTON

Etena Landing

Landing page · Scroll animation

The pre-game landing for the Etena idle-RPG Mini App. Scroll-driven sections walk visitors through resource farming, gear upgrades, the in-app bank and Telegram Stars — a single, coherent story that hands the player off to the game already knowing what to do.

Cosmetology booking

Website · Bookings

A booking site for a cosmetology practice. Public price list for every procedure and a scheduling flow that turns a casual browse into a confirmed session — a focused product outside the crypto-native work.
